These terms apply when you buy training, consultancy, support or a Trade Intelligence Hub subscription from Export Unlocked Ltd.

Live online training workshops, delivered on Zoom, with a certificate of attendance.
The Level 4 Diploma in International Trade & Supply Chain Management, delivered live online across ten modules, available as a single module or the full pathway.

Consultancy, on site or online, by the day.
Help Desk sessions, booked by the half hour, hour or longer.
Simplified Customs & Supply Chain Diagnostics, online or on site.
Trade Intelligence Hub subscriptions, billed monthly.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling on the page where you buy. Payment is taken by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. Your booking is confirmed when payment completes, and you will receive a receipt by email.
Where travel is required for on-site work, travel and accommodation are charged at cost and invoiced separately after the visit.
Hub subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Access continues until then. Each subscription includes a set number of user seats, shown on the pricing page.
Joining details for live sessions are sent by email ahead of the date. If you need to move to a different date, contact us as early as you can and we will do our best to accommodate it.
We may occasionally need to change the date of a session. If we do and the new date does not suit you, we will offer an alternative date or a refund.
The training, guidance, diagnostics and AI features we provide are there to inform your decisions. They are not legal advice, and they do not transfer responsibility for your customs declarations, classifications, licences or filings, which remain yours. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for checking output against the current rules before acting on it.
Course materials, written reports, the Hub and its content remain the property of Export Unlocked Ltd. You may use them within your own organisation. You may not resell, publish or redistribute them, or use them to deliver training to others, without our written permission.
Export Unlocked, Export Unlocked Diagnostics, Simplified Customs & Supply Chain Diagnostics and the Level 4 Diploma in International Trade & Supply Chain Management are registered UK trade marks of Export Unlocked Ltd.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit, duty, penalties or other losses arising from decisions you take.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
