Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what we store on your device when you use exportunlocked.com and the Trade Intelligence Hub, and how to control it.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work at all; others measure how the site is used. We also use your browser's local storage, which works in a similar way.

2. What We Store, And Why

Essential - always on. These are needed for the site to function and cannot be turned off:

eu_session - keeps you signed in to the Trade Intelligence Hub. Deleted when your session ends.

eu_consent - remembers the cookie choice you make below, so you are not asked again. Stored in your browser's local storage, and never sent to us.

Stripe - when you pay, Stripe sets its own cookies on its payment page to process the transaction and prevent fraud.

Analytics - only if you accept. These tell us which pages are useful and how people arrive:

_ga and _ga_<id> - Google Analytics. They record visits and pages in an aggregated way and expire after two years.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not share cookie data with advertisers.

3. Your Choice

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics. Until you choose, analytics storage is switched off - no analytics cookie is written and no identifier is sent. Choosing Reject leaves it off permanently. Only essential storage is used either way.

4. Changing Your Mind

Clearing this site's data in your browser removes your saved choice and the banner will ask again. You can also block or delete cookies entirely in your browser settings, though the sign-in will stop working if you block the essential ones.

5. Changes
